Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- Bob: An AMI model has come in for review from Lijun.
  - Mike: He attempted to email to the a reflector.

ARs:

- Mike send completed spreadsheet to Bob for review.
  - Spreadsheet is not ready yet.


IBISCHK6 development:

- Bob: I will file a bug for the (null) root issue.
- Mike: I have not yet tested the interim IBISCHK6 executables.
  - Will IBISCHK6 test for existence of Supporting_Files?
- Bob: Yes.
- Bob: Our spec is missing 4 Formats in a table.
  - This will be fixed and Atul will implement them.


IBISCHK messages:

- Mike showed a spreadsheet of IBISCHK5 messages.
- Bob: We should look at the tables formatted for the document.
- Mike: There will be 27 sections.

- Mike: Parameters for message ERR_ACDC_3 are difficult to figure out.
  - It looks like there are issues with this message string.
  - I will have to check the source code for this.
- Bob: Last week we decided not to use angle brackets to delineate variable portions of text.
  - We should use them though. It is a universal format.

Web issues:
- Bob: Lance is now only supporting S2IBIS3 by email, delivery is from NCSU.
- Mike: We should have a snapshot.
- Bob: Our web pages have some unbroken links that point to irrelevant pages.
  - Even the model library links to pages that have no models.
